Welcome to the Aiyal Groups Platform. By subscribing to or using GymPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
"Platform" refers to GymPilot and its infrastructure. "Tenant" refers to the business entity (gym) using the service. "Owner" is the primary administrator of the account.
You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years of age. Owners are responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful acts, tax fraud, or storing illegal data. Reverse engineering the software is strictly prohibited.
GymPilot is provided "as-is." We are not responsible for business losses, accuracy of tax filings, or regulatory compliance failures by the Tenant.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
